Experts from diverse backgrounds will explore the impact of six foundational pillars of lifestyle medicine—diet/nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, social connectedness, and substance use—on mental health outcomes. Through a blend of research insights and pragmatic approaches, participants can anticipate engaging conversations that shed light on the critical role lifestyle factors play in shaping mental health.
This conference will bolster our output for the upcoming Research Assessment Exercise and facilitate the promotion of our work to a global audience.
